The idea of filming first-timers auditions is nothing new. Actually that is how this whole "reality" stuff started and it wasn't related to internet but sold as porn movies before DVDs were invented. Basically you have some amateur chicks that come to audition, have an interview and being told about what's expected from them to do. Then you watch their reactions and how those guys talk them into doing porn. A lot of this stuff is hoax (you can see it by chicks reactions, and they are not so great actresses), but plenty of real stuff too.
